Mum & Me uses the information needed to take your payment, provide your digital downloads and help with your order.

Checkout and order information

Stripe processes payments. Your checkout email address, the item purchased, payment status and order reference are used to confirm your purchase and provide access to your files. Stripe may also collect your name, billing details, payment information and technical information for payment processing and fraud prevention. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout. Mum & Me does not store your full card number or card security code.

Downloads, support and records

Our website and download hosting services process the technical information needed to serve pages, verify payment and deliver downloads, such as request details and security logs. If you contact us, we use the information you provide to answer you. Order records are kept for purchase support, refunds, disputes and required record keeping.

Your receipt page gives access to your purchased files. Keep its link private and bookmark it so you can return to your downloads.

Marketing and cookies

We do not add you to a mailing list when you buy, sell your personal information or use advertising trackers or optional analytics on this storefront. Stripe may use cookies and similar technology to operate checkout and help prevent fraud; its privacy and cookie policies explain those uses.

Your information

Purchases should be made by an adult. We do not ask children to provide personal information. To ask about information associated with your order, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email Customer support details will be available before the shop opens.. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements or handle an unresolved order or dispute.
